Change Apple ID associted with Apple Watch

Hello. When I first paired my Apple Watch to my iPhone it grabbed the e-mail address associated with my iCloud account and not the one associated with the iTunes/App Store. How can I change the Apple ID being used by the watch. I have a iPhone 5S and want to set up Apple Pay, but I don't want to use the e-mail account it had defaulted to and can't find any way to change it.

Problem solved. Well, not solved, but I figured out what was going on. When they say "Apple ID" for the Apple Watch, what they really mean is "iCloud Account". You can't use a regular Apple ID with Apple Watch. You have to use an iCloud account. Which has screwed up my entire Family setup, so now I can look forward to spending a few hours fixing that today. Great....
